VIP Client Support Manager

We are looking for a VIP Client Support Manager. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with VIP clients, coordinating special requests, and ensuring that all VIP needs are met.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar position; 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; 
• Experience in customer relationship management; 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize tasks;

Will be a plus:

• Higher education in sales/marketing or related field as an advantage; 
• Experience in iGaming (Gambling/Betting);
• Knowledge of German language is an advantage (possibly excellent written);

Responsibilities:

• Managing the daily VIP client service via email/WhatsApp;
• Responding to VIP client inquiries regarding financial transactions, client activity and general information to provide a single point of contact;
• Understanding of our ideal clients and their relationship to our products;
• Effectively representing the company with full knowledge of our offerings;
• Researching client needs and determining how our solutions meet them;
• Assisting clients and creating long-term relationships that meet their needs.
