3D Artist – Environment / Props

About us:

Migdal Entertainment builds cutting-edge gaming platforms for operators worldwide. Our mission is to revolutionise the iGaming industry through reliable, scalable and innovative Unity-based solutions.

Role overview:

- Create high-quality, low-poly game-ready assets (buildings, interiors, props) for iGaming titles.

- Produce textures, normal maps and material setups in Substance Painter/Designer or Quixel Mixer.

- Optimize assets for mobile & web platforms (LOD, texture atlasing).

- Work closely with Unity developers to integrate assets and ensure correct lighting/shadows.

Requirements:

Must-have: 

- 3+ years professional 3D art experience (games or interactive media).

- Proficiency in Maya/3ds Max/Blender + Substance Suite.

- Strong understanding of UV layout, baking & optimisation.

- English communication; Slovak a plus. 
Preferred:
- Portfolio showing low-poly, stylised or realistic casino environments.
- Experience with Unity’s HDRP/URP pipelines and shader authoring.
- Knowledge of iGaming visual style guidelines (branding, compliance).
- Ability to rig simple props or create basic animations.

What we offer:

- Salary €28 000 – 45 000 gross/yr, based on seniority.

- 25 days vacation + public holidays, flexible schedule, remote-work up to 2 days/week.
