• Design, build, and maintain scalable platforms and services
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers
• Drive initiatives to improve developer velocity, quality, and satisfaction
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship
• Stay current with AI, developer tooling, and software engineering best practices 🤖

📚 Requirements:

• 5+ years in backend or full-stack development
• Proficiency in C# and React
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes ☁️
• Familiarity with REST/gRPC APIs and event-driven systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for improving developer experience

🎯 Desirable:

• Experience in Experimentation, dark launching, or AWS AI ecosystem
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar tools
