What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing lifecycle CRM strategies.
  • Segmenting the existing user base and building targeted campaigns.
  • Creating omnichannel communication flows (email, app push, in-app, SMS).
  • Selecting and tailoring bonuses for retention journeys.
  • Developing content (copywriting, briefing design tasks).
  • Measuring performance across marketing KPIs (OR, CTR, CR) and business metrics (deposit conversion, retention rate, recovery %).
  • Continuously optimizing active campaigns to improve results.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Customer.io, HubSpot, Klaviyo, MailChimp, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of user segmentation.
  • Understanding of email domain reputation management, warm-up, and recovery processes.
  • Experience in copywriting (AI-assisted writing a plus).
  • Experience briefing and collaborating with design teams.
  • Proven cases of boosting conversion to first deposit.
  • Proven cases of improving retention rate.
