What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing lifecycle CRM strategies.
- Segmenting the existing user base and building targeted campaigns.
- Creating omnichannel communication flows (email, app push, in-app, SMS).
- Selecting and tailoring bonuses for retention journeys.
- Developing content (copywriting, briefing design tasks).
- Measuring performance across marketing KPIs (OR, CTR, CR) and business metrics (deposit conversion, retention rate, recovery %).
- Continuously optimizing active campaigns to improve results.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Customer.io, HubSpot, Klaviyo, MailChimp, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of user segmentation.
- Understanding of email domain reputation management, warm-up, and recovery processes.
- Experience in copywriting (AI-assisted writing a plus).
- Experience briefing and collaborating with design teams.
- Proven cases of boosting conversion to first deposit.
- Proven cases of improving retention rate.
