Recruiter
Responsibilities:
Full recruitment cycle, including candidate assessment, providing feedback based on interview results, and moving the candidate to the offer stage;
- Thorough management of the candidate database;
- Client communication;
- Working with ATS;
- Building communication with profile specialists via social networks;
- Communicating with clients;
- Conducting interviews;
- Maintenance and updating of the candidate database;
- Creating and preparing reports for the client.
Requirements:
More than 1 year of experience in recruiting specialists in the fields of IT and Marketing (Gambling, iGaming, or Affiliate Marketing); - Expert understanding of the specifics of job vacancies and candidate profiles;
- Ability to create compelling job descriptions that engage the target audience;
- Ability to accurately capture and articulate client requirements;
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and sourcing techniques;
- Experience working with various recruitment channels and strong communication skills;
