Back-End Developer (TypeScript, Node.js)

We are looking for a skilled Back-End Developer with strong expertise in TypeScript and NestJS to join our core engineering team. 
You will work on building and scaling a FinTech crypto-banking platform that powers acquiring, payouts, and corporate card solutions for businesses.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with server-side JavaScript/TypeScript
• Deep understanding of TypeScript and JavaScript and their inner workings
• 4+ years of professional experience with Node.js, primarily using the NestJS framework
• Experience in implementing complex algorithms in the FinTech domain
• Hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise projects and active participation in their development
• Proficiency with MySQL/PostgreSQL (3+ year)
• Understanding of database optimization and performance (which CRUD operations are the most resource-intensive, how composite keys work, when to use materialized views, and the difference between global and local indexes)
• Designing complex and scalable databases
• Optimizing complex SQL queries
• Implementing interaction between multiple tables and instances
• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with Docker, containerization, and orchestration tools
• Ability to write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

Nice to have:

• Experience in designing or developing accounting CRMs, or knowledge of the double-entry bookkeeping model (credit/debit), would be a significant advantage (either one)
• Basic-level experience with Web3 integrations (1+ year)
• Experience integrating with banking APIs and financial institutions
• Previous work on banking platforms
• English level Intermediate or higher
• Knowledge of security principles, consensus algorithms, and cryptography
