  • Creative consistency: developing and testing creative variations, ensuring messaging and visuals are cohesive and effective across all touchpoints.
  • Structured process improvement: following and refining our growth playbooks (including briefs, preflights, and post-mortems)to promote team learning and scalability.
  • English proficiency: at least B1.

About You:

  • 1+ year of experience in growth, performance marketing, product management, or product marketing management.
  • A solid understanding of conversion funnels and the interplay between ads, onboarding funnels, tracking, and CRM systems.
  • Experience with structured experiments: forming hypotheses, executing micro-tests, and analyzing outcomes.
  • Basic analytical proficiency: comfort using tools like Amplitude, Tableau, GA4, or similar platforms, with the ability to interpret conversion data.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing fundamentals: hypotheses, guardrails, stop rules.
  • A strong growth mindset: a hunger for learning, a willingness to embrace mistakes, and excitement about scaling successful strategies.
  • Self-driven and accountable: someone who takes ownership and delivers results.

Why This Role Matters:

  • Real-world impact: see your experiments go live and influence revenue within weeks.
  • Accelerated learning: gain hands-on experience with full-funnel growth within a supportive, senior-led team.
