Sales Development Representative

About the Role
We’re looking for a driven SDR to join our sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers, responsible for building a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential leads via outbound email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in HubSpot/CRM.
  • Collaborate with AEs to refine outreach strategies and ensure smooth handoff.
  • Consistently hit outreach and meeting-setting targets.

     

What We’re Looking For

 

  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation or SDR role (B2B SaaS/proxies/web data experience a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilient, coachable, and motivated by targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
