Sales Development Representative
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven SDR to join our sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers, responsible for building a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential leads via outbound email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in HubSpot/CRM.
- Collaborate with AEs to refine outreach strategies and ensure smooth handoff.
Consistently hit outreach and meeting-setting targets.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation or SDR role (B2B SaaS/proxies/web data experience a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilient, coachable, and motivated by targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
