Marketing / Sales Operations Associate
This is a dynamic, entry-level role with a clear growth path into Business Development or Marketing, that keeps the publishing and pre-sales machine running. You’ll handle the basic marketing operations and ship content to LinkedIn/YouTube/WordPress with full metadata, as well as keep the pre-sales funnel organized with scheduling, brief research, and timely follow-ups.
The role is a perfect entry-level position, covering analytics, administration and management basics, as well as the opportunity to work on custom projects and test own initiatives.
As you gain speed and accuracy, you’ll own small growth projects end-to-end and choose a path toward Business Development (prospecting, outreach, pipeline) or Marketing (content ops, SEO, channel management).
🔑 What you’ll do:
Marketing Operations
- Triage incoming marketing requests, create clear briefs (goals, channels, formats, deadlines), and coordinate with designers/editors.
- Track task progress, collect approvals, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain an organized system for marketing assets, templates, and case studies.
Sales Enablement
- Support pre-sales by scheduling discovery/proposal calls, managing invites, and handling logistics across time zones.
- Prepare one-pager briefs with research on prospects (ICP, product, pain points, relevant case studies).
- Create tailored case-study packs and reference decks for client meetings.
- Send agendas before meetings and follow up with minutes, action items, and CRM updates.
Content & Publishing
- Publish content on LinkedIn, WordPress, and YouTube with complete formatting, metadata, images, and links.
- Maintain the content calendar to ensure consistency and cadence.
- Coordinate with designers/editors to unblock bottlenecks and keep campaigns on track.
- Experiment with short-form video (YouTube Shorts, AI-captioning, hooks/topics testing).
Event & Conference Support
- Help organize conference participation: research leads, schedule meetings, and prepare follow-up communications.
- Keep the events calendar updated and ensure smooth logistics.
Growth Initiatives
- Take ownership of small optimization projects (e.g., SEO, GEO targeting, YouTube promotions).
Define goals, timelines, and success metrics, and report on results.
