Senior Full Stack Developer – Django, Celery, Angular – Expert in Fast Development with Claude Code to $4500

We are building an Agentic Real Estate Platform that automates property management operations with AI agents. We need a Senior Full Stack Developer who is both:

1. Highly experienced in Django, Celery, and Angular – able to build complex, scalable systems at production level.
2. Fluent in using Claude for coding – using Claude code daily to generate backend and frontend code, scaffold features quickly, and then refactor, debug, and clean for production quality.

The right person knows how to combine deep full stack expertise with Claude-assisted development to deliver fast, reliable results.

Required Qualifications

Claude Code Expertise

• Daily hands-on use of Claude for backend and frontend development.
• Ability to design prompts for full-stack tasks, review and refine outputs, and push features to production quickly.
• Proactive approach to using Claude for speed while ensuring quality with your own expertise.

Backend

• 4+ years Django REST Framework in production.
• Strong Celery, Redis, and async background job management.
• PostgreSQL optimization, scaling, and tuning.
• Secure authentication (JWT, OAuth, RBAC).
• WebSocket and real-time features.

Frontend

• 3+ years Angular (v15+, ideally 19).
• TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, SCSS, responsive design.
• Advanced data visualization (D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts).
• Progressive Web App development.

AI & Automation

• 2+ years integrating AI APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar).
• Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.).
• Prompt engineering, token optimization, AI cost control.
• Workflow automation and process optimization.

Cloud & DevOps

• AWS (ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudFront).
• Docker, CI/CD pipelines, scaling, monitoring, performance tuning.

Property Management (Preferred)

• Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, RentCafe, or similar.
• Knowledge of leasing, maintenance, and real estate financial operations.

What You’ll Build

• AI agents for leasing, maintenance, collections, HR, and accounting.
• Dashboards and data systems with predictive insights.
• Real-time Yardi and marketing platform integrations.
• A scalable SaaS platform that outperforms legacy tools.

• Portfolio of Django + Angular full stack projects.
• At least one example showing Claude used for code generation.
• Proof of complex API integration work.
• (Preferred) Property management or real estate project experience.
• Confirm rate and working hours (9–18 CET, Mon–Fri).

Live Test

Shortlisted candidates will complete a 1-hour live coding session on camera, using Claude code to build a feature end-to-end, then refining it into production-quality code.
