Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist with strong experience in both manual and automated testing. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of fintech products by designing, implementing, and maintaining test frameworks and test cases. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain manual and automated test scripts using Playwright.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Document test cases, test plans, and test results.
  • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in software QA, with a focus on automated testing.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g,JavaScript, Python, Java).
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit).
  • Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Language Proficiency: English (B2 to C1). Vocal, with strong communication skills in English.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • ISTQB or other QA certifications.
