Sales / Lead Generator
We’re Hiring and Dealing, a boutique recruitment partner for startups, scaleups, and people-first businesses. Since 2020, we’ve been helping companies grow with purpose, not just by filling roles, but by finding the right people.
We are now looking for a Sales / Lead Generator who will help us connect with new clients.
Your goal is to find potential clients, reach out, and spark their interest. Once they are engaged, we take care of the rest.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys networking, is proactive, and likes seeing a clear connection between their work and results.
About Us
We work with startups and international companies to help them quickly fill open positions and build strong teams. Our clients are often growing fast and need a reliable partner to support their hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients (LinkedIn, Upwork, job boards, other channels)
- Do cold outreach and start the first conversation with potential clients
- Qualify prospects and pass interested leads to our recruitment team
- Keep simple records of leads and outreach progress
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (B2B is a plus)
- English level B2+ (confident writing and speaking skills)
- Fluent Ukrainian
- Basic understanding of cold outreach (LinkedIn, Upwork, and job boards)
- Proficiency with AI tools
- Self-motivated and organized, able to work without close supervision
- Comfortable working on a performance-based model (% of closed deals, bonus system)
- Experience with US/EU clients is a plus
