REQUIREMENTS: β’ Experience in a similar position for at least 6 months; β’ Understanding of sourcing techniques, tactics and channels; β’ Intermediate English; β’ Ability to understand main IT technologies; β’ Experienced in searching methods using various sources and selection of candidates in an IT industry; β’ Experienced in screening profiles/resumes and screening calls. β’ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; β’ Positive and result-oriented attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES: β’ Collaborate with the Senior recruitment consultant to define sourcing strategies to attract talents according to required skill sets; β’ Regular research of the IT market; β’ Search and Identify relevant talents; β’ Utilize and maintain internal database; β’ Review profiles and resumes to pre-screen candidates; β’ Participation in the development of recruiting strategy; β’ Be ready for quick environment changes; β’ To be active and proactive, continuously improve sourcing process.
