Business Development Director (Sales Director) (offline)

Our key areas: providing remote assistants and outsourced teams specialized in Data Annotation, Customer Care Support, Back Office Support and Sales&Marketing.

We are looking for Business Development Director (Sales Director) with experience in USA and Europe markets.

Responsibilities:
Initialize and implement annual sales goals and monthly sales plans;
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand clients base;
Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees;
Counseling and disciplining sales team; planning, monitoring and appraising job results to meet daily, monthly and annual sales goals;
Develop and implement business performance measurements (KPIs) for the sales team to facilitate upward and lateral reporting;
Work closely with Marketing to develop and execute the most efficient and effective sales and marketing strategies;
Verify the CRM is updated with activities and next steps for all leads and opportunities;
Any other related activities in the Sales and Marketing Department.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales USA and Europe markets;
Experience managing, coaching and mentoring other sales reps;
Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with an ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing environment;
Strategic thinking skills who asks why and looks for alternate ways to achieve goals;
Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations;
High energy, positive attitude, result-oriented, and excellent communication/presentation skill;
Organizational and time management skills with attention to details;
Computer skills including Outlook, Google Drive, CRMs;
Fluent English.
