Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or product management
• Strong skills in SQL and at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Experience working with trading or fintech platforms
• Advanced English (both written and spoken)
  
   

Responsibilities

• Analyze product and trading data, uncover insights, and propose improvements
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and user behavior
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on product strategy
• Evaluate new features’ impact on trading experience and revenue
• Continuously improve UX and UI from a data-driven perspective
  
   

Nice to have

• Hands-on crypto trading experience
• Knowledge of risk management in derivatives markets
• Familiarity with Web3 analytics tools
• Python/R for advanced data analysis
