Marketing director (offline)

Mindy Teams (www.mindy-teams.com) is a part of international brand Mindy Support (BPO market leader in Ukraine) with over 2000 people in 5 offices across Ukraine. Our key areas: providing remote assistants and outsourced teams specialized in Data Annotation, Customer Care Support, Back Office Support and Sales&Marketing.

Now we are looking for an ambitious and smart Marketing director

You will be responsible for:
Developing marketing plans and programs, directing promotional support;
Recommending options and courses of action;
Providing short and long-term market forecasts, developing and implementing marketing strategies;
Digital Marketing (SMO, SMM, SEO);
Generating high-quality leads for the sales team by planning, executing and doing a result-based optimization of numerous marketing campaigns online and onsite;
Websites and landing pages management, including content and SEO;
Maintaining marketing staff by recruiting, training, counseling, and disciplining employees;
Building brand awareness and global brand monitoring online.

Requirements:
University degree;
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (lead generation, copywriting);
Experience in B2B sphere (US & EU) is a must;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to think creatively and innovatively;
Fluent English;
WordPress knowledge would be a plus;
