Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in driving our growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients in the housing compliance industry. You will research the market, find relevant leads, and set qualified appointments with decision-makers for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients within the housing compliance sector (landlords, housing associations, property managers, compliance officers, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a high-quality database of leads using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation platforms.
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria to ensure relevance and value.
  • Reach out via email, phone, and LinkedIn to establish contact and build relationships.
  • Book appointments with qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Track and report weekly/monthly lead generation performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Stay up to date on housing compliance regulations and market trends to refine targeting strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar role.
  • Strong research skills and ability to identify high-quality leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience or interest in the housing, property management, or compliance industry is a plus.
