🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Generator (Upwork focus only) to join our Sales team. This is a key role for driving new business opportunities through Upwork by identifying prospects, managing proposals, and building client communication.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and build lists of potential clients/projects on Upwork.
• Proposal Management: Write and personalize proposals tailored to specific client needs.
• Client Communication: Manage correspondence with prospects via Upwork.
• CRM Management: Track lead status and keep CRM data up to date.
• Process Automation: Use tools/workflows for repetitive tasks (e.g., alerts, templates).
• Analytics & Reporting: Track proposal success and conversion rates; prepare reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and delivery teams to hand off qualified leads.
• Market Research: Analyze competitors, identify niches, and monitor Upwork trends.
🔹 Key Requirements
• 1.5+ years of experience in lead generation (IT outsourcing, SaaS, or B2B preferred).
• Proven track record on Upwork (won projects, strong conversion).
• English B2+ with excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple leads/proposals.
• Analytical mindset: ability to track KPIs and adjust strategies.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze client/project data.
• Nice to have: experience with web development/design, automation tools, or CI/CD knowledge for better client conversations.
• Education in marketing, business, or related field (Kyiv-Mohyla Academy graduates are a plus).
• Reference/recommendation from a previous employer or client (mandatory).
• Having a personal Upwork profile (not blocked) will be a plus.

• Proposal view rate: >30%
• Reply rate: >15%
• Calls booked: >10%
• Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs): 20+ per month
