Social Media Manager

🌟 We’re hiring Creative SMM Specialist (Remote, based in Georgia, Tbilisi).

🎬 What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement a promotion strategy for Breezy across social media (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, etc.)
• Create and manage weekly content plans (formats, posting frequency)
• Shoot & edit engaging videos, create posts, Reels, and Stories
• Monitor competitors’ SMM activities
• Work with comments & grow audience engagement
• Launch contests, giveaways, and other mechanics to boost reach & subscribers
• Collaborate with influencers: select, design integrations & campaign mechanics
• Manage Telegram channel placements (finding channels, negotiating, creating native posts)
• Analyze performance metrics & prepare reports

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of proven experience in SMM (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Successful cases of brand growth on social media
• Ability to generate creative content & write compelling copy
• Strong visual sense & knowledge of SMM trends, adapting them to brand style
• Video shooting & editing skills, proficiency with tools like Photoshop, Canva, Clipchamp/CapCut, etc.
• Solid understanding of social media algorithms
• Proactivity, structure, optimism, and a sense of humor 💫

• Experience in electronics industry
• International market experience
