ББО (Chief Commercial Officer)

Main Responsibilities:

 

– Drive strategy and business development: develop long-term and short-term product pricing strategies, define priority markets,
and identify new markets for business expansion
– Build and nurture partnerships by establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients. Plan business trips and coordinate
team participation in exhibitions to generate new leads and strengthen existing partnership
– Lead product positioning: control the launch of new games and promotional campaigns. Ensure top positioning of games in
casino lobbies. Collaborate with the product team to effectively present and promote product features to client
– Boost sales and revenue growth by analyzing the market and client base (both new and existing), setting priorities, and
focusing areas for the sales team to maximize performance
– Manage receivables and debt control: oversee accounts receivable and work on minimizing outstanding debts to improve
the overall P&L healt
– Ensure regulatory compliance by collaborating with the compliance manager and legal counsel to analyze legislation in
active markets, controlling risks in gray zones, and planning license acquisition for white market entry
– Grow and lead the team: hire top-tier talent, provide training and mentorship, set clear goals for the team, and monitor their
execution
– Leverage analytics for growth: work closely with the BI team to identify areas for revenue growth, and apply data-driven
practices to inform strategic decisions

 

Mandatory Requirements

 

– Experience in relevant commercial or business roles at the C-Level, preferably within the iGaming industry
– Proven track record of achieving measurable commercial results and driving revenue growth
– Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing commercial operation
– Willingness and ability to frequently attend industry events, conferences, and exhibition
– Deep understanding of international market trends and regulatory requirements
– Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Analytical mindset and experience working with BI and data-driven solutions
– Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
– Advanced in English
