Pre-sales Solution Architect

We are looking for a Pre-sales Solution Architect for Conversational AI projects who will bridge business needs with technical execution who has a deep understanding of the client's business context and AI/ML capabilities.  Your role is to become an integral part of our pre-sales team as a Technical Expert and Trusted Advisor. You'll engage directly with customers, guiding them through technical decisions, helping secure leads, and crafting compelling, competitive proposals that set us apart in the market. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with strong leadership, communication, and business understanding to drive successful solution outcomes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software architecture or senior technical roles, with experience in designing complex, scalable solutions.
• Deep involvement in pre-sales or consulting engagements, including pricing, estimation, and client presentations, sales or consulting engagements.
• Expertise in modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless, event-driven).
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and cloud-based AI services.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of API design, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Awareness of security, privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR), and how to design secure and privacy-aware systems.
• Experience mentoring engineering teams and driving architectural vision.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Strong English proficiency (Advanced).
• Experience with business analysis, KPI alignment, and success metrics definition.
  
  Responsibilities:
• Pre-Sales & Technical Scoping: Engage with clients to gather and refine business and technical requirements. Represent technical solutions during pre-sales, conduct feasibility analysis, and identify KPIs. Ensure smooth handover to delivery.
• Pricing & Estimation: Contribute to pricing, effort estimation, and infrastructure cost planning. Ensure alignment with client budgets while maintaining performance and scalability.
• Solution Design: Define end-to-end architecture, including components, integrations, and tech stack. Ensure designs meet standards for scalability, performance, and security.
• Technical Leadership: Guide engineering teams during early project phases. Lead design reviews and validate system architecture. Use AI tools for validation and compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Translate business needs into technical solutions. Align architecture with business objectives and develop domain understanding.
• Documentation & Handover: Prepare architecture documents and transition materials. Communicate risks and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Business Strategy & Engagement Models: Propose engagement models and phased delivery plans. Define success criteria and validate assumptions with PoCs when needed.
• AI-Enabled Architecture & Innovation: Leverage modern AI/ML tools and frameworks to enhance architectural quality, automation, and validation.
