Recruiter (iGaming)

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry as a Recruiter
  • Experience with non-technical vacancies (marketing, affiliate, mediabuying, product, design)
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation)
  • Proven experience in headhunting and active search techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking)
  • Experience building and maintaining a talent pipeline for multiple roles and markets
  • Ability to conduct and implement market salary analysis for various roles
  • Strategic thinking and process improvement mindset
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher

     

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle hiring process (search, selection, and headhunting of suitable candidates in accordance with the Job Description and Recruitment process);
  • Build and maintain a competitive pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs using active recruitment methods;
  • Source both passive and active candidates through various channels;
  • Create and update attractive job descriptions (in collaboration with hiring managers);
  • Work with recruitment tools;
  • Conduct regular salary analysis for open vacancies and other roles within the company.
