Digital Marketing Manager (offline)

Requirements :
Upper-Intermediate English (written/verbal) is a must;
Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies;
Experience in launching digital marketing activities for clients from scratch is a must;
Familiarity with B2B digital media marketing, email, SMM, PPC;
Very organized and has a track record of leading a creative team;
General understanding of business principles;
Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills;
A passionate team member who can think outside the box.

Main Tasks:
Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for a B2B business, email, SMM, PPC campaigns for the US/EU market;
Track and measure marketing metrics, provide reports;
Create, attraсt and optimize traffic from different marketing channels for lead generation for the agency;
Build & automate all processes in the marketing department from scratch;
Oversee and management of personnel in the marketing department;
Drawing brand campaigns (digital advertising);
Social media analytics (drawing content plan, content analysis);
Conducting marketing surveys;
Detailed analysis of general market trends, competitors, line-up.
