Today we are a team of 40 driven professionals (all from Ukraine), working together to deliver quality and scale globally. 

💼 About the Role:

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the daily operations of our Amazon private label business and ensure that all departments work together efficiently to achieve company goals.
This role is ideal for a results-driven operations leader who understands Amazon business mechanics, can manage complex processes, and wants to grow into a future CEO position.

You will report directly to the Owner and work side by side with the leadership team to execute the company’s strategic vision, drive operational excellence, and deliver measurable results.


📌 Working Conditions:

✔️ Full-time 9:00–18:00 (GMT+3, Kyiv)

✔️ Salary: $2,500–4000 + performance bonus

✔️ Bank transfer payments

✔️ Remote work 

‼️ This is a fully Ukrainian/Russian-speaking team. Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian is a must.

💡 Requirements:
 

✅ 4+ years of experience in operations or management (Amazon private label experience strongly preferred)

✅ Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and workflows

✅ Solid understanding of Amazon business processes: listings, logistics, PPC, and product lifecycle

✅ Strategic and analytical mindset — able to turn plans into action and results

✅ Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail

✅ Proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes

✅ English B1+ level (for global interactions), Ukrainian/Russian fluency mandatory

🎯 Responsibilities:

✳️ Team Coordination & Leadership
— Support department heads, ensuring alignment and effective communication across all teams.
— Identify hiring needs and ensure teams have the necessary resources.

✳️ Operational Management
— Oversee daily operations across departments (marketing, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
— Detect bottlenecks early and resolve issues quickly.

✳️ Performance & Reporting
— Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports for the Owner.
— Suggest data-driven improvements and process optimizations.

✳️ Product Launch Support
— Coordinate new product launches: ensure timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met.

✳️ Process Optimization & Quality Control
— Document and refine workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
— Maintain high standards of operational quality.

✳️ Strategic Execution
— Work closely with the Owner to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
— Prepare to take greater leadership responsibility as the company scales.
