Responsibilities
- work with existing customers
- identify issues and problems, engage support team to resolve issues
- identify clients needs and problems, engage support team to resolve them
- identify potential needs for additional software that we offer (upsales)
engage presales and sales team to work on opportunities
- reporting and invoicing of the customers
