IT Contracts manager

Strim Duo is a creative and high-tech game and digital product studio headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus. The company provides a wide range of services, including social game development, product engineering, UX/UI design, custom software solutions, mobile applications, and post-launch product support.

Strim Duo helps partners create engaging and highly effective game content: from social and arcade games to MMORPGs and children’s apps, integrating advanced monetization mechanics and social network features.

 

The expertise we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of professional experience in IT law and contract law;
  • Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of international commercial contracts (including software licensing agreements);
  • Experience working with English law-governed agreements and UK contract law principles;
  • Familiarity with intellectual property protection (software, mobile platforms, etc.);
  • Experience handling international transactions and tax matters;
  • Experience conducting due diligence (DD) on corporate clients and companies, including risk assessment and compliance checks;
  • Fluency in English (oral, written, legal).

Your position will include

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and corporate documents, particularly under English law;
  • Contract review to ensure business interests are legally protected while maintaining compliance with relevant jurisdictions (UK, EU, USA);
  • Assessing contract risks, ensuring agreements align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices;
  • Providing efficient legal support for the company’s daily operations and structuring and handling international transactions;
  • Managing international contract negotiations, including tax implications, governing law considerations, and enforcement strategies;
  • Reviewing and updating contract templates to ensure they remain compliant with evolving legal and regulatory standards;
  • Assisting with other corporate and contractual legal matters as needed.
