Senior IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter  to join our team and drive the end-to-end hiring process for high-skilled IT professionals globally. This role combines hands-on recruitment expertise with leadership, strategic thinking, and close collaboration with international stakeholders.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of complex vacancies as an independent recruitment expert: design strategies, define target markets, and manage full-cycle hiring (interviews, feedback, offers, hire).
  • Collaborate closely with English-speaking hiring managers to deeply understand each role, team dynamics, and success criteria; interviewers on the client’s side, building strong and trust-based relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, AM and Technical teams to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Monitor recruitment process effectiveness, highlight issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure proper vacancy promotion on the market and alignment with business needs.
  • Set recruitment priorities and allocate resources across multiple vacancies.
  • Support team members in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment best practices.
  • Keep everyone in the loop with regular reports on recruitment progress.
     

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, including work in outstaff/outsource companies or recruitment agencies
  • Strong knowledge of IT market trends and hiring practices across both local and global markets.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing diverse recruitment strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Experience in building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
  • Advanced English level (both written and spoken).
  • Genuine passion for recruitment and talent acquisition in the IT industry.
