Senior IT Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team and drive the end-to-end hiring process for high-skilled IT professionals globally. This role combines hands-on recruitment expertise with leadership, strategic thinking, and close collaboration with international stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of complex vacancies as an independent recruitment expert: design strategies, define target markets, and manage full-cycle hiring (interviews, feedback, offers, hire).
- Collaborate closely with English-speaking hiring managers to deeply understand each role, team dynamics, and success criteria; interviewers on the client’s side, building strong and trust-based relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, AM and Technical teams to streamline recruitment processes.
- Monitor recruitment process effectiveness, highlight issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper vacancy promotion on the market and alignment with business needs.
- Set recruitment priorities and allocate resources across multiple vacancies.
- Support team members in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment best practices.
- Keep everyone in the loop with regular reports on recruitment progress.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, including work in outstaff/outsource companies or recruitment agencies
- Strong knowledge of IT market trends and hiring practices across both local and global markets.
- Expertise in designing and implementing diverse recruitment strategies.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
- Experience in building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Advanced English level (both written and spoken).
- Genuine passion for recruitment and talent acquisition in the IT industry.
