Product / Project manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
• Create a high-quality experience for thousands of our users worldwide
• Analyze and improve the existing product
• Turn product concepts and ideas into clear and consistent technical documentation
• Build, manage, and set up a saas product to maximize revenue
• Monitor and control work at all stages in accordance with project specifications, goals and quality standards
• Cooperate with the engineering department, marketing and sales team
• Analyze competitors and market dynamics
• Develop and improve the product with the help of designers and developers.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in product development
• Experience with saas products
• Excellent understanding of human factors and ergonomics, visual aesthetics, basic of composition and colors, perception in product design
• Understanding approaches to monetization in saas and freemium products
• Comprehensive knowledge of email marketing market
• Ability to estimate work efforts and meet deadlines
• Must be a responsible person, able to work with a team and have a passion for learning
• Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to team
• Must be an adaptive, flexible and multitasking person
• Must have strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Deep and comprehensive knowledge in the field of product development
• A profound understanding of product design: monetization, events, and others
• Ability to provide a reasonable solution from a users point of view and project needs
• Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on the effectiveness
• Be proactive and innovative!

Would be nice to have:
• Experience with design
• Experience in product analytics
• Upper-intermediate/advanced English level
