Lead Generation Manager
Reply.io is a leading sales engagement platform that empowers Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), sales teams, and startups with AI-driven tools to discover leads, engage across multiple channels, and scale outbound sales effectively.
As part of our mission to expand Jason AI, our AI SDR agent, we are hiring a B2B Lead Generation Manager / Outbound GTM Operator to build and scale our outbound sales motion using forward-thinking automation, AI, and modern outbound techniques.
🎯 What you’ll do
- Maintain, optimize, and scale one of our proven outbound playbooks end to end, ensuring a consistent flow of leads for our sales team.
- Build programmatic systems using AI, no-code tools, and integrations to automate repetitive workflows.
- Continuously experiment with new tools, tactics, and messaging frameworks.
- Report on campaign performance and ensure accurate analytics in HubSpot.
🧩 Requirements
- Accountable and result-oriented, with the ability to take ownership and deliver without constant oversight.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development or revenue operations.
- English proficiency (B2+).
- Hands-on experience with Reply.io, HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, n8n or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of scalable outbound strategies, signal-based targeting, and email deliverability best practices.
- Strong copywriting and sequencing skills.
