Data Entry Specialist (offline)

You must be proficient at Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) and using browser based websites. Requires Upper intermediate to Advanced English verbal and writing skills.

We are looking for candidates local to Lviv, however, this position does allow for some amount of work from home (telecommuting) up to two days per week and flexible schedules (you set your own schedule from week to week, 50% of the time).

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Responsibilities

- At least 6 months of data entry/analysis experience desired but not required.
- Experience with data analysis, data quality, and data entry is desired but not required
- Experience in financial services is desired but not required
- Ability to investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions.
- Ability to quality check your own work for accuracy

- Upper intermediate to advanced English writing and verbal skills are very important for this role. 50% of the position requires verbal communication in English and communication with a US stakeholder.

- You must be located within Lviv, within 30 minutes from Lviv, or willing to relocate to Lviv.

- Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experienced in desktop project software, such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate+ level of experience with Microsoft Office applications in general.
- College degree in any subject is desired but not required. It's more important that you are interested to learn and are passionate, than the specific subject matter you studied in college.
- Excellent professional and personal references and clear background.
