Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of an effective marketing strategy to attract new players and retain existing ones;
  • Management of all marketing channels: performance marketing, SMM, SEO, PR, content marketing, as well as affiliate programs and influencer marketing;
  • Launch and management of performance advertising campaigns;
  • Market, competitor, and iGaming industry trend analysis to identify growth opportunities;
  • Building a strong marketing team, managing and coordinating departmental work;
  • Control of marketing budgets and advertising campaign efficiency;
  • Development of partnerships with external contractors, advertising agencies, and media partners;
  • Applying a data-driven approach to decision-making, analytics, and campaign optimization;
  • Building and developing the company’s brand on an international level.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as CMO or Head of Marketing in iGaming or Betting;
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing;
  • Experience in managing large budgets and teams;
  • Strong analytical skills, knowledge of BI tools and marketing metrics;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
