Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of an effective marketing strategy to attract new players and retain existing ones;
- Management of all marketing channels: performance marketing, SMM, SEO, PR, content marketing, as well as affiliate programs and influencer marketing;
- Launch and management of performance advertising campaigns;
- Market, competitor, and iGaming industry trend analysis to identify growth opportunities;
- Building a strong marketing team, managing and coordinating departmental work;
- Control of marketing budgets and advertising campaign efficiency;
- Development of partnerships with external contractors, advertising agencies, and media partners;
- Applying a data-driven approach to decision-making, analytics, and campaign optimization;
- Building and developing the company’s brand on an international level.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as CMO or Head of Marketing in iGaming or Betting;
- Deep understanding of performance marketing;
- Experience in managing large budgets and teams;
- Strong analytical skills, knowledge of BI tools and marketing metrics;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
