Talent Acquisition Specialist

PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products.

Our holding is represented in Cyprus, Poland, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Peru, Malta. The headquarters of the holding is located in Cyprus.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and headhunting candidates
- Build a competitive talent pool for current and future openings
- Actively search for candidates via LinkedIn, Google X-Ray, and other tools
- Work with job descriptions and recruiting platforms (like Jira)
- Participate in local events to attract talent

Requirements:
- Experience recruiting C-level positions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
- English level: Upper-Intermediate+
- Knowledge of Ukrainian language
- Experience in international recruiting and confident use of sourcing tools
