We are running a large-scale project on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with infrastructure fully managed via Terraform. The system infrastructure works using GCP services, including BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Buckets, Jobs, DNS, and VertexAI.
The project is actively developed using GitLab as the version control system and CI/CD platform.
Following the acquisition of a new company, we are extending the project and taking on a migration initiative: moving the new product’s infrastructure from Bitbucket to GitLab and integrating it into our existing setup.

Why We’re Hiring
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to strengthen our team and drive the migration effort, as well as to support and improve the current infrastructure. The role will be critical in ensuring smooth integration, scalability, and reliability of our platform during this exciting expansion.

Our Process
– We work in Scrum, with planning sessions, daily standups, and review meetings.
– The team is international and English-speaking.

Requirements
– 5+ years experience in DevOps roles
– Cloud Platforms: Strong hands-on experience with Cloud Platform ( ideally GCP) (Kubernetes Engine, Artifact registry, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Buckets, Load Balancer, DNS, VertexAI).
– Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency with Terraform.
– Docker – writing, optimizing dockerfiles
– Containers & Orchestration: Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and deployment via Helm.
– CI/CD: Experience with GitLab pipelines (Bitbucket experience is a plus for migration tasks).
– Programming & Scripting: Good skills in scripting languages (Bash, Python) for automation.
– Version Control: Deep understanding of Git-based workflows.
– Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Stackdriver.
– Cloud Networking & Security: Understanding of IAM, DNS, firewall rules, and best practices for securing cloud infrastructure.
– Team Practices: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams,
– Upper Intermediate English for daily communication.

Job responsibilities

– Manage and evolve infrastructure-as-code with Terraform.
