Middle UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team with the following expertise:

Requirements:

• 3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably for web and mobile applications in the US market
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, creativity, and problem-solving ability
• Experience with Webflow
• Proficiency in Figma
• Solid understanding of user-centred design, responsive design, and accessibility best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in an agile environment
• Flexibility, open mindset, and ability to iterate quickly
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English

Will be a plus:

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS (not required but beneficial)
• Basic animation skills (Jitter or similar)
• Experience in graphic design (creating visual materials, banners, illustrations, logos, advertising layouts).

Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and stakeholders 
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas to the team and stakeholders effectively
• Conduct user research and usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve the design and overall user experience continuously
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools to ensure our applications remain competitive in the market
• Demonstrate ownership and entrepreneurial qualities in the projects you work on, with a focus on simplicity and quality in all aspects of your work
