Tapin.gg is a fast-growing platform at the intersection of gaming and commerce. We connect gamers with boosting, coaching, and play-with-a-pro sessions. Alongside that, we operate Shop.Tapin.gg, a digital goods marketplace (similar to Eldorado.gg) where players buy game accounts and items.

We’re rebuilding Shop.Tapin.gg from scratch with a modern stack (Next.js + FastAPI) so we can scale faster, innovate, and integrate AI into the experience.

What you’ll do

• Own the frontend of Shop.Tapin.gg, delivering a polished, responsive, and performant user experience.
• Lead the migration from Shopify storefronts to a custom React/Next.js interface with fully custom checkout flows.
• Implement secure and intuitive UI for account trading, escrow/release, dispute resolution, and seller dashboards.
• Build reusable UI components and design systems (Tailwind + shadcn/ui).
• Integrate AI-driven features (fraud detection, listing moderation, personalized product recommendations) into the frontend experience.
• Collaborate with the founder/CTO to ship fast, run weekly iterations, and turn complex marketplace flows into clean, simple UX.

Tech stack

• Frontend: Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui

You are

• 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development (React/Next.js preferred).
• Strong grasp of design systems, componentization, and responsive design.
• Experienced in e-commerce or marketplace UX (checkout, payments, order lifecycle).
• Pragmatic and independent engineer who ships quickly in small teams.
• Bonus: background in gaming ecosystems or account/item marketplaces.

Location and timezone

Remote OK. Some overlap with US Pacific hours preferred.
