Chief Commercial Officer to $7000
Company is a group of companies founded in 2012. Joining our team offers broad opportunities for professional growth in real estate and development on the paradise island of Phuket.
We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to lead and manage our Sales, Marketing, and Analytics divisions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the company’s commercial strategy to increase revenue and market share.
- Sales Management: Lead sales teams, develop and execute effective strategies to achieve targets.
- Marketing: Design and implement marketing strategies, including digital marketing, brand promotion, and PR.
- Analytics: Assess market conditions, competitor landscape, and client needs to optimize commercial processes.
- Budget Management: Monitor and optimize commercial expenses to ensure alignment with goals and objectives.
- Partnership Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and contractors.
What we expect from you:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in leadership positions in large international companies, preferably with luxury products.
- Knowledge: Deep expertise in sales, marketing, and analytics for HNWI clients.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams on complex projects.
- Languages: Fluent English.
