Senior UI/UX Designer (offline)
Youβll be responsible for the successful creation of visually stunning web and mobile application experiences as part of a multi-disciplinary team with the possibility to lead UX projects.

Requirements:
β Extensive UX portfolio is a must
β Excellent skills in creating information architecture and design systems for web and mobile
β Experience designing complex applications (both for enterprise and consumer apps)
β Ability to maintain a user-centered approach while respecting business needs
β Ability to build a project from scratch to polished graphics deliverables
β Experienced in working closely with Project Management, Engineering and QA
β Strong understanding of software development cycle
β Excellent communication and presentation skills
β Team-player with strong interpersonal skills
β English at an Upper Intermediate level or above
Desirable:
β Product-focused mindset
β Passion for a focus on details interface design
β Some familiarity with "IxD design would be great
β Active member of the design community (will be a plus)
Responsibilities :
β Execute UX and product design, with a strong emphasis on the end-user experience
β Work as a part of multifunctional teams in Agile workflow
β Brainstorm, collaborate and execute UX planning, UI and interaction designs
β Collaborate with clients to define product requirement for Responsive Web / iOS / Android
β Analyze business needs, conduct a series of demos & interviews with US stakeholders / users
β Plan and conduct user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping
β Translate concepts into user flows, produce detailed wireframes that meet strategic objectives
β Develop interactive, high-fidelity prototypes, and present to stakeholders
β Provide user and usability testing, usability and accessibility concerns
β Develop UX related documentation, such as requirements, research ο¬ndings, journey maps, use cases, user stories, personas and mental models
β Collaborate with teams, clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
