Lead Generation Manager / SDR to $1100

OpsWorks.Co is an international outsourcing DevOps company and an official AWS Advanced Tier Partner. Since 2017, we have been helping clients worldwide transform their IT infrastructure, implement DevOps practices, and build reliable cloud solutions.

Within the OpsWorks.Co group, we develop RhodeCode – our own product company that builds a secure and scalable platform for managing source code (Git, Mercurial, Subversion). RhodeCode helps teams improve control, productivity, and security.

We are currently looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join our OpsWorks team, focusing on business development and lead generation for RhodeCode.

 

πŸ”§ Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a prospect database.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies (LinkedIn, email).
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize email campaigns to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to define ICP and lead generation strategies.
  • Track metrics, analyze results, and continuously optimize processes.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, tools, and best practices.

 

βœ… Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in Lead Generation (preferably in SaaS or product companies).
  • Understanding of SaaS sales cycles and B2B lead generation processes.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach.
  • Practical experience with email campaign setup and management.
  • Knowledge of CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar).
  • English β€” Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Ability to work independently, structured, and proactively.
