Project manager/Creative Services (offline)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

- 3+ years of project management experience;
- Bachelor's degree in art, business, or related fields is preferred;
- Can handle fast paced art development pipelines;
- Have an eye for detail;
- Ability to follow directions and enforce processes;
- Bring innovative PM ideas to the team;
- Knowledge of art production processes and turnaround times for graphic design, video, and playable mini-games;
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience with ActiveCollab, JIRA, or other PM platforms;
- Experience with digital asset management systems like Box and DropBox;
- Passionate about gaming or advertising;
- Has the willingness to go above and beyond to ensure timely delivery of assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own art task timeline estimation and manage dynamic project schedules;
- Identify critical blockers and communicate solutions;
- Create production tickets and follow up with artists;
- Intake requests from all teams;
- Liaise with artists, user acquisition, creative managers, marketing leads, and product development;
- Run stand-up or SCRUM;
- Adjust due dates with consent of internal clients;
- Review creatives for quality and compliance to ad specs;
- Deliver assets to stakeholders;
- Enforce file naming conventions;
- Coordinate timely feedback loops, approvals, and deadlines;
- Decrease turnaround times by improving internal processes and pipelines.
