1st Product Manager for a Growing Startup (offline)

(Only English) I am a co-founder of Solverhood, a 2 years old growing start-up that's approved by the Estonian Startup Committee. We have already completed many successful projects, gained great references and generate revenue regularly.

We have never had a central office or team. We have always been remote. With the growth in place, I started to feel the need of hiring a team and improving our products. Because we have a scalability and standardization problem at the moment. We had to say "no" to many requests because we are not ready for the growth. And we want to be.

At the moment, I have moved to Lviv to create a central office and hire people here. I am willing to create a small team with a flexible schedule, and hopefully to go remote after some time. I want to create workflows, project management system, knowledgebase system, and other assets to make us ready for growth. We already have clients, and we are saying no to many others.
