Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking two experienced Full-Stack Developers to join our team.

Your mission will be to re-wire the visitor journey created by new Reels, working closely with our leadership and CTO on experiment design, analytics tagging, deployment, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, launch, and evaluate multiple A/B test variants of the Free-to-Paid and Paid-to-Gold membership flows, ensuring statistically valid improvements in mobile CVR.
• Collaborate with the team to capture and leverage email addresses from lead-generation campaigns, running targeted email workflows with the marketing team.
• Translate business and CRO goals into clear technical deliverables, ensuring alignment of solutions with KPIs.
• Build, test, and deploy scalable web features with a strong focus on performance, usability, and conversions.
• Maintain development best practices, including documentation, Git workflows, and agile collaboration.

Core Skills & Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (Vue.js or React.js), MySQL, and Tailwind CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Figma for prototyping and design collaboration.
• Solid knowledge of GA4, Looker, and analytics tagging.
• Proven expertise in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with Laravel (a strong plus).
• Basic server management experience and ability to build local environments using Docker or Vagrant.
• Experience with Redis for caching and session management.
• Knowledge of JSON API development and integration.
• Understanding of high-performance application architecture and optimization.
• Strong Git version control and collaborative development practices.
• Experience with requirements gathering, user story creation, and project breakdown.
• Knowledge of Scrum and agile methodologies.
• Fluent English communication skills.
