You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 2+ years of HR/People experience and know how to build processes that actually work;
- Understand onboarding, feedback, and performance reviews (and can make them pain-free for employees);
- Have strong coaching and mentoring skills, even for managers;
- Have worked in IT, startups, or creative agencies;
- Bring both emotional intelligence and critical thinking to the table;
- Can handle paperwork in the morning and throw a team party in the evening.
