SERM (Reputation) Manager

We are currently continuing to develop actively and are recruiting for the positions SERM (Reputation) Manager

Required Skills:
- Experience working with SERM and ORM reputation management (SMM, PR — a plus);
- Copywriting skills, ability to create engaging, compelling texts and communicate with the audience;
- Basic knowledge of SEO;
- Experience with Ahrefs, WebArchive, KeyWords Everywhere (or equivalents), brand reputation monitoring tools, Google Alerts, Google Data;
- Understanding of the fundamentals of internet marketing;
- Analytical skills, including the use of various web analytics systems and tools;
- English proficiency at least Intermediate level (B1–B2 preferred);
- High level of independence.
Responsibilities:
- Creating a positive company image in search engine results;
- Working with reviews on thematic platforms and eliminating negative content in search results;
- Manual and automated monitoring of resources and collecting reviews (social networks, review websites);
- Processing negative and positive reviews online (including responding on forums and blogs);
- Communication with platform managers;
- Working with blogs, forums, directories, and websites;
- Interaction with contractors (task setting and performance control);
- Expanding the company’s online presence.
