Business Development Representative
INSART is a Fintech Business Accelerator. We develop Fintech solutions for fintechs, connect Founders with the right Investors, accelerate GTM strategy and demand generation, and provide strategic guidance and coaching.
We support fintech startups from the idea stage to a fully developed product and beyond, facilitating their growth. We assist clients in finding product-market fit, product development, fundraising, and securing investments, positioning ourselves as a long-term strategic partner.
Now we are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a critical role in scaling our outbound sales pipeline in the Fintech industry. You’ll focus on generating high-quality leads and booking intro/touchpoint calls with key decision-makers, ensuring a steady flow of SQLs.
This role is perfect for someone who loves early outreach, experimenting with messaging, and maintaining consistent prospect engagement. You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to directly contribute to revenue generation and strategic market expansion.
Role Responsibilities 👨💻
- Identify, research, and prioritize target accounts based on INSART’s ICP.
- Proactively engage prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
- Run A/B tests and outreach experiments, track KPIs, and iterate sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate lead, partner, and campaign data in HubSpot CRM with full editing rights.
- Develop and execute nurturing campaigns to generate leads from referral partners, focusing on decision-makers in FinTech.
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with commission-based and non-commission-based partners through regular calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Pre-Sales teams to align content, campaigns, and lead nurturing processes.
Continuously contribute ideas and implement improvements to outreach and lead generation workflows.
Skill set and experience we believe you should have for that role 🤓
- 2+ years in outbound B2B sales, preferably in tech consulting or IT services.
- Proficient in HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- C1+ of both written and spoken English for clear and effective communication.
- Experienced with cold outreach tools and lead engagement (including phone calls, emails and social media).
- Able to tailor messaging for founders, CTOs, and C-level executives.
- Skilled at securing valuable introductions from existing relationships with business and tech partners.
- Experienced in running cold outreach campaigns to nurture relationships and generate leads.
- Skilled in leveraging LinkedIn for professional outreach and relationship-building with potential partners.
- Works well with team members to achieve shared goals through cooperation and mutual support.
- Capable of thinking outside the box and testing innovative solutions to achieve success.
A self-starter with a track record of driving initiatives forward independently and successfully.
