System Administrator

We are looking for a System Administrator to join our team in Warsaw and provide hands-on technical support to employees. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring smooth daily IT operations across the office.

 

โœ… Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to requests via Jira, corporate messenger, phone, or in person.
  • Create training materials, manuals, and user documentation.
  • Train employees on system use and IT best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Diagnose technical problems by asking targeted questions and running diagnostic programs.
  • Guide users step-by-step through problem-solving processes.
  • Install, configure, modify, and repair hardware and software.
  • Optimize and clean up computer systems to improve performance.
  • Resolve issues related to LAN, WAN, and other network systems.
  • Set up and configure computer peripherals for employees.
  • Follow up with users to ensure proper resolution of issues.
  • Maintain and manage IT asset inventory.

     

โœ… Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in system administration, help desk, or IT support.
  • Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
