System Administrator
We are looking for a System Administrator to join our team in Warsaw and provide hands-on technical support to employees. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring smooth daily IT operations across the office.
โ Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to requests via Jira, corporate messenger, phone, or in person.
- Create training materials, manuals, and user documentation.
- Train employees on system use and IT best practices.
- Monitor and maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Diagnose technical problems by asking targeted questions and running diagnostic programs.
- Guide users step-by-step through problem-solving processes.
- Install, configure, modify, and repair hardware and software.
- Optimize and clean up computer systems to improve performance.
- Resolve issues related to LAN, WAN, and other network systems.
- Set up and configure computer peripherals for employees.
- Follow up with users to ensure proper resolution of issues.
Maintain and manage IT asset inventory.
โ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in system administration, help desk, or IT support.
- Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
