Sales Manager (iGaming / Events)

We are a recruitment agency helping our clients build strong and successful teams.
Now we’re looking for a Sales & Account Manager for our international partner operating in the iGaming and Event Industry.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active search and acquisition of new clients within iGaming and related industries.
  • Full sales cycle management: from first contact to successful project delivery.
  • Account development and upselling.
  • Acting as the main point of contact and supporting clients throughout all project stages.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality project execution.
  • Regular business trips to major European events (Sigma, SBC, ICE, Affiliate World, etc.).
     

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Solid understanding of long sales cycles.
  • English — B2+ level.
  • Ukrainian — preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
  • Location — Europe (relocation to Czechia, Brno is a strong advantage but not mandatory).

Nice to have:

  • Experience in iGaming, Affiliate, or Events.
  • Own relevant client base.
  • Knowledge of Czech language.
