About the project
We are developing an AI-driven platform with a strong focus on security and scalability. The role covers AI architecture, orchestration, and delivery of intelligent features at scale.


Must have

  • 8+ years of experience, including 2+ years in AI leadership
  • Hands-on production AI: RAG pipelines, vector search, orchestration frameworks
  • Strong Azure background and data science expertise
  • Excellent system design and mentoring skills


Nice to have

  • MLOps (fine-tuning/LoRA, evals, drift monitoring)
  • Cybersecurity or compliance tooling experience
