Community Manager (Web3 sphere)

Hey! Cryptorsy Ventures is looking for a proactive and talented Community Manager to help us attract, engage, and grow our crypto community! 🚀

What you’ll do:

• Manage and moderate communities on Telegram and Discord, keeping the community active and engaged.
• Create creative and catchy content (posts, memes, GIFs, infographics) that attracts and retains community members.
• Build trusting relationships with the community and influencers, organize interactive activities, and boost participation.
• Analyze and improve communication strategies, staying on top of Web3 trends.
• Drive user acquisition through interactive campaigns, events, and contests.
• Educate the community by explaining Web3 concepts and fostering a trusting and welcoming atmosphere.

What we expect from you:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Community Manager.
• Solid understanding of Web3, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain ecosystems.
• Ability to craft catchy content — no boring noise here.
• English proficiency at B2+ level for effective communication.
• Excellent communication skills and a great sense of humor.
• Basic graphic design skills to create engaging content.
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
