Responsibilities:

 

  • At least 2 years of experience of working with streamers (require examples of streams);
  • At least 2 years of experience of working with influencers (require examples of posts/integrations/reels);
  • Level of English - B1+;
  • Experience working with 30+ influencers/campaign;
  • Experience working with 50k+ budgets/month;
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of social media and streaming platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Kick);
  • Analytical approach to evaluating campaign effectiveness;
  • Understanding of social media trends and promotion mechanics;
  • Creativity and ability to quickly adapt to changes.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Development of a database of influencers and streamers;
  • Monitor content performance, provide regular analytics and reports;
  • Development of a promotion strategy through advertising placements on partner and influencer platforms, primarily Twitch, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok;
  • Influencer management: creating briefs, overseeing schedules, and pricing;
  • Budget control, ensuring agreements are fulfilled, and managing payouts;
  • Creating and coordinating a plan for the quantity, frequency, topics, and style of publications;
  • Market, audience, competitor, and advertising campaign performance analysis;
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters and the PR manager
