We’re now looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role with a clear career path into Account Management.
 


What You’ll Do

  • Generate leads via Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and email.
  • Submit 30 tailored applications daily to qualified leads.
  • Respond quickly and proactively to initiate calls with prospects.
  • Hold 4 meetings weekly with unique leads.
  • Present JettSEO’s SEO services persuasively and handle objections.
  • Identify client needs and translate tech team input into clear business insights.
  • Collaborate with the lead gen and SEO tech teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Prepare structured commercial offers and manage CRM updates.
  • Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to Account Managers, with complete documentation.
     

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of B2B sales experience (digital marketing/SEO preferred).
  • Motivated candidates without sales experience are also welcome if you bring strong communication skills, proactivity, and eagerness to learn.
  • Fluent English (C1+); German is a plus.
  • Skilled in negotiation, objection handling, and consultative selling.
  • Able to present complex SEO topics in simple, client-focused language.
  • Familiar with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Upwork.
  • Structured, resilient, and driven by results.
